14-day refund policy
If the Family Estate Organizer is not right for you, email help@importantthingsguide.com within 14 days of the purchase date to request a full refund. Include your order number if available and the email address used at checkout. You may request a refund even if you have already downloaded the files. After 14 days, purchases are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.
Download, file, or order problems
If a download is missing, a file will not open, or you believe there is an error in your order, email help@importantthingsguide.com. Include your order number if available, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description. We will help investigate access or file problems. Do not send payment card details or completed worksheets.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
