Digital purchase and delivery
The Family Estate Organizer package is a one-time $49 purchase for five documents in printable and fillable PDF editions, plus START HERE instructions. Find These 25 Things is a separate free checklist. No physical product is shipped. Refer to the product page and checkout for the current offer and total price.
After a successful payment, use the download instructions provided with the order. Download the ZIP to your device, extract it, and read START HERE before selecting a printable or fillable edition. Save a separate working copy before entering information. You need software capable of opening ZIP and PDF files; PDF features can vary between applications.
Permitted use
Your purchase permits personal and household use of the materials. You may complete them for yourself or help a parent or loved one with their permission, and share completed copies with trusted people assisting that household. You may not resell, publicly post, redistribute blank files to other households, or incorporate them into a commercial product or service without written permission.
Refunds and support
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing help@importantthingsguide.com, even if you have downloaded the files. After 14 days, purchases are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. See our Digital Product & Refund Policy. For access or file issues, contact help@importantthingsguide.com with your order number if available and the email used for the purchase.
Privacy and safe use
Keep completed worksheets secure. Do not enter passwords, PINs, recovery codes, private keys, seed phrases, or other account credentials in general worksheets. Record where secure instructions are maintained instead. Share only information the person has agreed to disclose, and do not assume that a contact listing or worksheet creates authority to act.
Do not send completed worksheets or private family, medical, legal, or account records to customer support. The website’s collection and use of purchase, form, and support information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Accuracy, updates, and professional questions
Review entries against current records and mark unresolved information for follow-up. The materials do not promise a particular legal, financial, tax, medical, or family outcome. A purchase does not include ongoing professional representation or a promise of future product editions.
Applicable rights
